Copper Package

We conduct a basic inspection and provide a simple report on an appliance that is delivered to (and collected from) our Sheffield facility by you.

Bronze Package

We conduct a forensic Inspection and provide a detailed report on an appliance that is delivered to (and collected from) our Sheffield facility by you.

Silver Package

An appliance is collected from a site and recovered to our facility in Sheffield, we conduct a forensic Inspection and provide a detailed report on the appliance, which is then collected by you.

Gold Package

An appliance is collected from a site and recovered to our facility in Sheffield, we conduct a forensic Inspection and provide a detailed report on the appliance, which is then delivered back to you by us.

Platinum Package

An appliance is collected from a site and recovered to our facility in Sheffield, we conduct a forensic Inspection and provide a detailed report on the appliance, which is then securely stored in our Storage facility for up to 1 year from date of collection (Additional terms available upon request).

We are currently going through the ISO9001 registration and accreditation process. As our team includes an ISO9001 accredited lead auditor, we fully recognise the importance of having a robust and effective quality management system. We will also be integrating ISO27001, ISO14001 as well as ISO18001. 

Are you affiliated with any manufacturers or companies?

No! Although we have close links with manufacturers, investigators & test houses we are entirely independent and impartial, We are not sponsored by, nor do we endorse any brand or manufacturer. All information captured during the inspection and reporting activities remains client confidential through the use of non-disclosure agreements.
